How to calculate cement ,sand and Aggregate In 1 cu.m concrete

आता आपण 1 cubic meter concrete ला किती बॅग cement ,sand, aggregate लागतील हे बघू

cement  bag किती लागणार हे mix proportion वर अवलंबून असते 

म्हणजे 

M 10  -    1:3:6

M 15  -    1:2:4

M 20  -    1:1.5:3

M25   -    1:1:2

Example साठी बघू  M 25 चा मिक्स proportion 1:1:2 आहे म्हणजे 

1 Cement

1 sand

2 aggregate

तर अपल्याला आता 1 cu. m मध्ये किती सिमेंट लागणार ते बघू

1 m3 wet concrete = 1.52 m3 dry concrete (approximately)

Unit weight of cement is 1440kg/cum


One bag of cement  = 50/1440 = 0.034722 cum

Now Mix proportion of concrete which for M 25 is 1:1:2

 

So sum of the Mix proportion will be 1+1+2= 4

Cement = 1.52 / 4= 0.38

So cement bag = 0.38 / 0.034722 =10.94 bag means 11 bag

One bag of cement = 50 kg

Cement bag = 11 x 50 = 550 kg

Sand = 0.38 x 1

Sand = 0.38 cu.m

Aggregate = 0.38 x 2

Aggregate = 0.76 cu m

so 

Cement       =550 kg

Sand           = 0.38 cu.m

Aggregate  = 0.76 cu.m
