Haw to calculate quantity of  bricks  | bricks calculation| calculate bricks

 

पहिले आपण एक wall size assume करूया

 

Wall size = 1 m x 1 m x 0.1 m

.

Wall in cum = 0.1 cum

 

Standard Size of Brick in mm is 190 x 90 x 90

 

आपण या मध्ये  Mortar thickness  add  करू

Assume mortar thickness = 10 mm

म्हणजे brick size  होईल

(190+10) x ( 90 +10 ) x ( 90 + 10 )  all in mm

आता size  झाली 

200 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm

म्हणजे  0.2 m x 0.1 m x 0.1 m

Calculation केले तर = 0.002 cum

 

खाली दिलेल्या formula नुसार आपण calculation  करू

No of bricks = Volume of wall / volume of one brick with mortar

 

 volume of wall   = 0.1 cum

 volume of bricks   = 0.002 cum

 No of bricks  = 0.1 / 0.002

 No of brick = 50 nos

 

Consider the wastage percentage as 10 %

 

Means  = 50 + 5 = 55 nos of  bricks

No of bricks = 55  nos

 

म्हणजे 55 nos bricks 1 sqm wall  मध्ये लागतात
