खाली दिलेल्या point नुसार concrete slab
check करायला पाहिजे
हे point अगदी साधे आहे पण तितकेच important आहे
1. Individual level आणि diagonal प्रत्येक
slab चे तपासले पाहिजे.
2. Beam पासून beam पर्यंतचे measurements architectural
drawing नुसार तपासले पाहिजे.
3. Beam ची side line, level आणि plumb तपासली पाहिजे.
4. Slab ची thickness peripheral beam च्या बाहेरील बाजूंवर खिळ्यांनी चिन्हांकित केली पाहिजे.
5. Slab आणि beam bottoms चे Support props line आणि plumb मध्ये पाहिजे.
6. Support props हें carefully check केले पाहिजे.
7. External Line peripheral beam ची sides properly check केली पाहिजे.
8. columns आणि beam चे Junctions properly check केली पाहिजे.
9. Stair case चे form work check करताना riser आणि trade चे dimension , trade ची level , riser चा plumb अगदी बरोबर check करायला पाहिजे.
10. Slab
आणि beam

नुसार चेक करायची .
11. Slab thickness आणि beam depths तपासली पाहिजे.
12. Beam ची bottom line, level आणि width तपासली पाहिजे.
13. Deshuttering oil beam आणि slab च्या shuttering apply केले पाहिजे.
14. column
slab मध्ये
reduce होत असेल तर या कडे नक्की लक्ष
द्या .
15. Slab
मधील
electrical Point ,electrical piping , fan hook electrical
drawing नुसार बरोबर
check केली पाहिजे.
16. Slab
मध्ये
proper chair provide
केल्या कि नाही या कडे लक्ष
द्या.
18. plate
आणि ply च्या gap मध्ये tap
ने properly
fill करा.
19. Beams चे
bottom side ला आणि
slab ला Proper cover असलें पाहिजे ते check केले पाहिजे.
20. Hidden beams ,inverted beams आणि cantilever beams properly check केले पाहिजे.
21. Slab
मध्ये
sunk असेल तर ते drawing नुसार आहे का तें check
करावे.
22. Slab concreting करताना
beam मध्ये पहिले आणि नंतर slab मध्ये या नुसार करावे .
23. concrete चे
Compaction करताना
vibrators & tamping rods चा उपयोग
करावा.
24. Carpenter हा स्लॅब casting
करताना
slab च्या
खाली उपस्तित असला
पाहिजे.
25. Slab
चे
casting करताना 6 nos
cube cast करावेत
,slab ची
compressive strength check करण्यासाठी.
26. Slab
भरण्या पूर्वी Architect आणि R.C.C सल्लागार यांची मान्यता घेतली पाहिजे .
